Our team of qualified technicians are available round the clock in order to provide technical assistance and maintenance to the property before and during the guest’s stay. Each intervention is documented in a pdf file that shows photos and a detailed description of the issue. Before every extraordinary intervention we confront the owner by offering solutions and estimates.

You take care of marketing, we manage the property. We handle all administrative paperwork for the registration of your property in the competent offices. We welcome your guests and take care of them from the moment they arrive until they leave. We fill out temporary rental contracts and register guests with the Public Safety Authorities. We prepare the property for check-in and offer your guests a regular cleaning service throughout their stay. If the property comes with a garden and/or a swimming pool, we will take care of maintenance and cleaning. We wash and replace linen, possibly providing towels, courtesy sets, slippers and everything needed to enrich your property amenities.
